At Kivaka, all appointments are 100% by appointment only.  To book an appointment, please leave a detailed message specifying the piercing you desire.  

If you have any questions or concerns, please use the chat box located in the lower right corner of our website or app.​A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required for all appointments, which can be sent via VENMO,  Cash App,  $kivaka. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost at the end of the appointment.​If you need to cancel an appointment, please send a message through the chat on our website, rather than emailing.

 No-Show or No-Message appointments will be blocked from making future appointments, You will not be eligible for contests or promotions, and will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.​

Please note that no piercings will be performed during jewelry changing appointments.  All piercings include the listed jewelry under our services.  ID is required for all services, and the minimum age for piercings is 18. Exceptions are made for ear piercings, which can be done with written parental/guardian consent.

I do this because my mom sometimes needs me to help her with her cancer appointments.. I am done being nice go somewhere else if you can't respect this.
